Job 12: Amazon Prime Video

From the end of 2019 to the end of 2020, I returned to Amazon for a third time to manage a team in the Prime Video organization. This was, without a doubt and by far, the worst year in my career. COVID-19 takes some blame for that, but not as much as you might think.
